Exploring How People Get Their Needs Met In Relationships
Based on work by Anthony Robbins and Harville Hendrix
By the end of this course you will have
- Understood the 6 needs according to Human Needs Psychology
- Looked at where you are with regards to these needs
- Thought about the stages of a relationship
- Have watched and discussed some video of Anthony Robbins working
- Discussed the ‘imago’ concepts of Harville Hendrix and Helen Hunt
- Explored developmental stages (attachment theory), and couple dynamics
- Practised working with these issues as a therapist

LOTTIE PASSELL-SYMS is a highly experienced integrative therapist offering a wide range of approaches for individuals and couples. She has a very friendly and open way of working which is innovative and creative. She supports her clients on their own individual journey to become the best version of themselves.
Lottie is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual Psychotherapy, together with a Diploma in Supervision. She has extensive specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and uses all these skills to provide a truly holistic framework. She has been a Lecturer, co-ordinator of Counselling training, and trainee placements at Eastleigh College of Further Education. She provides clinical supervision for groups (Olive Branch, Winchester, Eastleigh Youth Counselling Service (EYCS) and Eastleigh College.
As a psychosexual therapist, Lottie works with a wide range of male and female sexual difficulties and she has many years’ experience. Lottie is a very experienced facilitator of training and offers workshops and seminars for healthcare professionals and has been a lecturer at Eastleigh College of Further Education. She is part of the team that delivers Juliet Grayson’s acclaimed Couples Counselling Courses.
