GETTING THERE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
BY RAIL:
Go to Castle Cary Station which is 20 minute drive from EarthSpirit
(If travelling from London Paddington take Plymouth/Taunton line trains to Castle Cary station). The alternative station is Yeovil Junction.
Taxi: Then book a taxi from the station.
Bus: There is also the Nippy Bus 667 from Castle Cary to Street passing about every 2 hours
Alternative: Take the train from Waterloo to Yeovil Junction. Then bus 68 to Yeovil Station and bus 377 to Street or book a taxi.

The seventeenth century farm buildings have been restored and specially converted for use as a venue.
The cowsheds are on the right (white), and the long building houses the kitchen, the meditation hall (which is the room we will be using each day for the workshop), the 2 Skylight bedrooms, and the Apple Loft Dormitory.
- Attending as a single person in a bedroom on your own with a shared bathroom.
- Or if you would prefer sleeping alone, in your own ensuite bedroom with it’s own bathroom.

The Cowshed: Ensuite Accommodation
The Skylight – 2 rooms each with their own sink, sharing a wetroom (shower and toilet)
The Dairy – 4 bedrooms sharing one toilet and one shower
The Apple Loft: A dormitory with 7 beds, with spaces in between them, and fully exposed roof timbers. It has showers and toilets nearby – downstairs.
Caravans: They all have a portaloo and are near 2 compost loos.

This venue is situated in a beautiful landscape.
Within seven acres of fields and gardens, next to two nature reserves.
Just two minutes walk from St Andrew’s church, which has within its cemetery a yew tree over 1,700 years old.
The venue is suitable for people with disabilities, but please let us know if you have special needs. These are the stairs to the Meditation Hall where the workshop is held.
FOOD The food is vegetarian, and is included in the costs.
DRINKS There are unlimited hot drinks provided.
SPECIAL DIETS There are two types of special diets.
Standard Generic Special Diet (SGSD): You can order a special diet which is a standard gluten free, standard wheat free, or standard dairy free.
Specially Prepared Special Diet (SPSD): You can have a specially prepared special diet, eg avoiding certain foods. If you require this then please send the specific requirements to sambaker.pa@gmail.com
