Triple Award Success in 2026
Our two companies, Inter-action Training Limited and Sleeping Mountain have been jointly named as Therapy Training Provider of the Year 2026 by the Prestige Awards (scroll down to see this award, it is the 3rd award on this page). This national award recognises their commitment to providing high-quality psychotherapy training that combines clinical excellence with humanity, creativity and depth. Their extensive programme of Certificate Trainings, CPD trainings and on-demand talks supports therapists and related professionals in developing both their skills and themselves.
We are also delighted that Juliet Grayson has been awarded Body Based Therapy Specialist of the Year 2026 by Prestige Awards, AND Relationship Therapist of the Year 2026 by GHP Mental Health Awards. Both of these are in recognition of her outstanding work leading Pesso Boyden experiential workshops, helping people create new possibilities for healing, resilience and growth.

Relationship Therapist of the Year 2026

I am deeply honoured to have been named Relationship Therapist of the Year 2026 (South Wales) (click here for the GHP awards website), AND, Body Based Therapy Specialist of the Year 2026. Whilst awards are lovely to receive, what matters most to me is witnessing the changes that happen when people experience the kind of emotional nourishment they should always have received. Through relationship therapy and Pesso Boyden workshops, I help people heal old wounds, develop healthier patterns of relating, and create more satisfying connections with themselves and others. This award reflects the courage of all those who have entrusted me with their stories and growth

2022 Award
Most Supportive Relationship Therapist (Wales): Juliet Grayson
Juliet Grayson and the team at Therapy and Counselling
have been running workshops for many decades,
but at the start of the pandemic these all moved online.
This award, announced in May 2022, has been given to Juliet as the Most Supportive Relationship Therapist, both for her work as a therapist and her training style when leading workshops.
Sex therapist, Juliet Grayson said,
“It’s amazing to have our work appreciated in this way.
We are used to getting great feedback from individuals after our
workshops, but we never dreamt we would get this kind of
public recognition. I’ve been a relationship therapist for almost 30 years now,
and I am grateful – not only to have been nominated –
but to have actually won in our category.
Therapists and trainers do not usually get recognised in this way.
Thank you to GHP.”
