Accommodation will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

VENUE HIRE AND FACILITY FEE
Included in the accommodation costs for those staying on site, is a charge of £66 towards the venue and facility hire.
Anyone choosing to stay off site, will be charged this fee of £66 for their share of the venue and facility hire. They will have the option to join the group for meals, at an additional cost of £72 for the 3 days.
HOME COOKED FOOD
Delicious home-cooked food is included in the costs below at £72 for the 3 days. Alternatively you can self cater and reduce the amount below by £72 (NB Please be clear if you are ordering food when you book with Ruth).

Prices are inclusive of all tea & coffee, and all food including supper on the first day and lunch on the final day (but having food is optional, and the price is reduced by £72 for those choosing to self cater).
Breakfast: Help yourself to toast, eggs, honey, porridge, milk, butter (NB if you want cereal or fruit juice please bring this for yourself).
