ACCOMODATION and FOOD COSTS FOR
THERAPY MARATHON RESIDENTIAL GROUP 
4 nights 5 days – Saturday July 1st to Wednesday July 5th 2023

VENUE HIRE AND FACILITY COSTS AND STAYING OFF SITE
Built into the accommodation costs is a £50 fee per person which is the venue hire and facility costs.  This means that those staying off site will be asked to also contribute a total of £50 towards the venue hire and facility costs.  Food will also be charged at £24 a day i.e. £96 for 4 days.  This means that the total of food and Venue Hire Costs for those staying off site total £146.

ABOUT THE FARM
Trealy Farm is a 138 acre organic mixed farm (horses, vegetables, cattle, sheep) on a hillside looking out towards the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. It’s a beautiful, wild and secluded space. Organic food grown on the farm and the neighbouring farm (also organic) will be used in cooking for the workshop as far as possible.  There is a natural swimming pool, wood fired sauna and infrared sauna available for participants.  There are many special walks on the farm, and a beautiful and ancient yew tree.  The farm offers free wifi.

FOOD
Prices are inclusive of all tea coffee refreshments, and supper on the first day.  The workshop begins at 1.15 pm and we will assume that you have brought lunch with you and eaten it by then.  Please let Ruth know if you have any dietary needs, including if you are a vegetarian.

Accommodation includes bedding and towels (except for those bringing their own tent or campervan, who will provide their own bedding and towels).  The prices below are for 4 nights and represent the total cost for your accommodation for 5 days (4 nights) including food.  

TIMINGS
Arrive after 12 midday on Saturday July 1st, having eaten your lunch (or bring a cold packed lunch with you).  The workshop will start promptly at 1.15pm
Supper will be provided on Saturday night.    
You will be asked to pack and empty your accommodation – i.e. the room you are staying in overnight – before the workshop starts on the last morning.
The workshop will end at 4.30 on Wednesday 5th July

ENSUITE, DETACHED
BARN COTTAGE: There is one barn cottage.  This is a self-contained on two floors: bedroom / seating area with log fired burner, fully fitted kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The barn cottage has central heating.
Cost including food: £381 for one person, or £311 per person if sharing

LOG HOUSES: There are two log houses. These are self-contained, and can take one or two occupants in double and single beds (double with single bunk bed above).  Each log house has a seating area, fully fitted kitchen, ensuite bathroom, wood fired stove, electric heaters and French window opening onto its own patio area.  
Cost including food: £346 for one person, or £293.50 per person if sharing

PODS: There are two self-contained pods, each with a double bed, seating area, kitchen and ensuite bathroom and electric heaters. Each pod has its own covered verandah and firepit. POD OLYGFA is near the house and has stunning views to the Black Mountains. POD Y COED is a three minute walk from the house, up a hill, and is surrounded by pasture and trees.

CARAVANS EN SUITE
There are three additional showers and three additional toilets for those in the caravans and camping.

Caravans: There are two caravans, each with two small double beds, basic kitchen and toilet / shower room.  The caravans have electric lights and heating. This represents a good value private ensuite option.
Cost including food: £306 total cost for 1 person, or £241 per person if sharing.

SHARED BATHROOMS
FARM-HOUSE BEDROOMS: There are four double bedrooms (one bed) in the  traditional 16th century farm house with access to two shared bathrooms and additional toilet.
Cost including food: £306 total cost for 1 person, or £241 per person if sharing.

Farm House Twin Room: This is a huge room sleeps one or two people, having two double beds.  It is in a 16th century Welsh long house with access to two shared bathrooms and additional toilet.
Cost including food: £306 total cost for 1 person, or £241 per person if sharing.

TENTS
There are three additional showers and three additional toilets for those camping.

Bell tents There are two large, 4 metre tall canvas tents, which can sleep one or two people in small double beds.  Each has a bedside table.  There is access to fully fitted kitchen and bathroom in Pavilion as well as two additional showers.
Cost including food: £264 total cost for 1 person, or £240 per person if sharing.

OWN CAMPING
You are welcome to bring your own tent or campervan. This includes access to the toilets and showers.  NB  No bedding or towels are provided with this option.  You can camp near the house or in a secluded location.
Cost including food: £146 to bring and put up your own tent
Cost including food: £156 to use your own camper van without electricity
Cost including food: £166 to use your own camper van and hook up to electricity
