Just do it. Don’t think about it. I’m ready for the next one right now. I’m full of gratitude.  I learnt to trust other men safely and to trust my own intuition and power. I also learnt how to be vulnerable and ask for care from other men.

It’s a wonderful chance to get in touch with elements in yourself that might be holding you back and start processing that in a safe environment, with the support of competent leaders and a strong group of men.The workshop has increased my confidence in myself and empowered me to make changes in my life. Please keep doing the amazing work you’re doing.

Firmly and lovingly held with experienced men.  Great mentoring.

I would say to suspend all expectations and just go into it with an open heart and mind. William and Simon created a space that allowed us all to bring whatever we were thinking or feeling to the day and have it heard and, if necessary, dealt with. I felt it was an all round great experience, felt very much changed by the process and would not hesitate to attend another workshop. I found the rituals all had some relevance for me, even the ones that were specifically planned for others. I feel the experience was one that allowed me to be much more present than I was expecting – something which I have held on to and taken back to my day-to-day life.

Men seldom get to see behind the mask of other men. It takes time but it is a rare privilege

Overall, I would recommend this workshop for anyone willing to engage in this work, encouraging them to attend with an open heart and open mind.  Holding the event in a location removed from city noises, in a space of quietness, was a good upside. Keep up the great work.
