Have a day off after the workshop: Please note it is highly recommended that you take at least one, and ideally 2 days off after the workshop, to help your processing and integration.

Food: Self catering: There is a basic kitchen near the bedrooms in the Carter Buildijng which has saucepans, plates, cutlery, and a microwave, which is available for use for lunch or evening meals. Clifton Village is a 10 minute walk away and has lots of restaurants and supermarkets.

Our Workroom: This is the room we will be working in – the table can be pushed to one side. It’s not earthspirit!!!! The chairs are not as comfortable. But I think we’ll be ok.
