EVERYONE SHOULD MAKE CONTACT WITH RUTH AT TREALY FARM AT LEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE THEIR WORKSHOP (or one month before the next module for ongoing groups). SHE NEEDS NOTICE OF ALL FOOD REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK THE COOK.
Please contact her 8 weeks before the module.
PLEASE FILL IN THIS FORM TO LET JULIET KNOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH RUTH.
PLEASE CONTACT RUTH
Everyone will be paying Ruth something, and it really helps her planning to have this all sorted out four weeks before each module. So PLEASE make contact and let her know that:
1) You are staying off site, and so will be paying the ‘venue hire and facility fee’
2) Book accommodation (all the accommodation costs are calculated to include the ‘venue hire and facility fee’). Accommodation is allocated on a first come first served basis.
3) It is really important to let Ruth know your food requirements. This is because some of the cooks require a minimum number of people to cook for. When she knows how many people are coming, she can make sure she gets the best cook for the size of group. She does need this information one month before the event. Please let Ruth know about any allergies or food intolerances.
EMAIL: Please contact Ruth by email at ruth.trealy@btinternet.com.

PLEASE PUT ‘PESSO’ AND THE DATE (MONTH AND DAY) IN THE SUBJECT LINE WHEN EMAILING RUTH
Juliet runs a variety of Pesso Groups and the Pesso Boyden Therapist Training is also run at Trealy Farm, so it is not enough to put Pesso March in the subject line as there may be 3 different groups in March! So please, put the name of your group if you know it (White Stag Group, Grandfather’s Axe, Therapist Training Group), and the day and month and year in the subject line of your email.
PLEASE PAY YOUR INVOICES PROMPTLY
Chasing for payment takes time and energy, so please pay your invoice promptly.
MEALS
You can choose to only eat certain meals, for instance if you are staying off site you might have lunch with the group. Or you might choose to stay for supper. This should be arranged with Ruth and paid for at least one month before the module. NB Breakfast is self service and for those who have paid.
ALLERGIES
Please also tell Juliet about preferences (eg vegan), allergies and food intolerances, because she provides snacks for the breaks (which usually include gluten, dairy, and nuts).

ARRIVAL TIME: DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY
Each group is given an arrival time. Please try not to arrive early, as the venue may be clearing up after the previous group and preparing the space. HOWEVER, if you need to arrive 10 minutes early because of train times, please wait in the Pavilion Training Room, and only look for Ruth in the ‘arrival window’ that your group has been given in the joining instructions. When you arrive at Trealy Farm you can call Ruth on 07495 645222 – but generally she has her mobile switched off until the ‘arrival window’ that has been agreed.
IF STAYING FOR AN EXTRA NIGHT
If you choose to stay an extra night after the workshop, please note that supper will not be provided, so bring food with you, or you could eat ‘out’. If you are staying for another workshop, you may use the Pavillion room during the day. However, cleaners will require access, so please vacate the Pavilion whilst the cleaners are working, and keep it clean between sessions.

FRIDGE
Participants are welcome to put food in the ‘small’ under-counter fridge in the kitchen in the Pavillion Training Room. If you leave food in the large white fridge then we will assume that it is available for anyone in the group to eat / use to cook with. Please do not leave any of your food in the fridge when you leave, but take it with you (or throw it away).
STAYING OFF SITE
You are welcome to stay off site. There will be a venue and facility hire fee to pay if you take this option. Please make sure you contact Ruth in advance to let her know that you are paying the venue hire and facility fee.
CLOSE THE DOORS
This is particularly important in the farm house, to avoid doors slamming and to keep the heat in.

AVOID RINGS FROM CUPS ON WOODEN FURNITURE
Please be careful not to make any rings on wooden furniture from hot drinks.
TORCH, BLANKET, HOT WATER BOTTLE

WIFI
There is no password for the wifi.
SHOES
Please do not wear shoes upstairs in the farmhouse, or in the Pavillion Training Room.
ANIMALS
There is a dog called Tarka, and horses on the farm. Let Juliet and Ruth know if this is a challenge for you or you have an allergy.
VENUE HIRE AND FACILITY FEE
Everyone who uses Trealy Farm pays a “venue hire and facility fee”. If you book accommodation this is included in the cost of the accommodation. If you are not staying over at Trealy, then this will be an additional payment, and will need to be paid one month before the workshop.
WALKING
The farm is 180 acres. You are allowed to walk freely, and if you get to a gate with grass on the other side, that is Trealy Farm land and you may go through the gate.
