We realise that people may want cover for last minute emergencies and unexpected illnesses.
We are offering cancellation protection for most of the courses booked through the website www.therapyandcounselling. This must be taken out within a week of making your original booking. This will allow you to cancel without penalty, and receive a full refund, provided you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you give us less than 48 hours notice you will receive a 50% refund.
You will receive the payment within 5 working days (usually sooner) of notifying us.
