We are simplifying the offerings at Trealy Farm
These must be booked by 20th January 2025

PACKAGE A: All food and accommodation for 2 days £128-£253

PACKAGE B: Includes lunch and dinner for 2 days – staying offsite (i.e. non resident, no accommodation and no breakfast) £106

PACKAGE A: ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD 

Prices are inclusive of all bedding and towels.  The prices below are for 2 nights and are the TOTAL for your stay.  Food is supper on the night you arrive, self-service breakfast, lunch, supper, then hreakfast and lunch on the day you leave.
Catering costs are £78 per 2 day module, and are included in the prices below.

Cost including food: £253 single occupancy, £198 per person for 2 people sharing

FARMHOUSE WITH SHARED BATHROOMS
Cost including food: £228 single occupancy, £193 per person for 2 people sharing

  • 4 double bedrooms
  • 1 twin bedroom

SHEPPY THE SHEPHERD’S HUT WITH OUTSIDE SHARED TOILET AND BATHROOM
Cost including food: £213 single occupancy, £175.50 per person for 2 people sharing

  • 1 shepherds hut

TWO CARAVANS WITH OWN LOO BUT OUTSIDE SHOWER 7 MINUTES WALK AWAY
Cost including food: £198 single occupancy, £193 per person for 2 people sharing

  • 2 caravans

OWN CAMPING

You are welcome to bring your own tent or campervan. This includes access to the toilets, showers, kitchen and fridge.   No bedding or towels provided with this option.  Camp near house or in a secluded location.

£138 per person for using own campervan without electricity or
£148 for hook up to electrics

PACKAGE B

Cost: £106 Non resident includes food and venue hire and facility fee

  • This includes supper at 7pm on the night before the workshop, lunch and supper on day 1 of the workshop, lunch on day 2 of the workshop.  This option does not include breakfast.  It does include an facility fee and venue hire charge of £40

FOOD: PLEASE NOTIFY OF SPECIAL DIETS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

Breakfast DIY: Bread, eggs, honey, porridge, milk, butter £6 per meal
Lunch 2 course: Soup & main £15 per meal
Supper 2 course: Main & Pudding £15 per meal
Tea Coffee Milk (dairy and oat): £1.50 per day
Afternoon Cake: £1.50 per day

TERMS AND CONDITIONS RE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION

    • Bookings should be made for the whole year by 20th January 2025 and paid according to invoice instructions.
    • Please let Juliet know that what you have booked with Ruth, when you book
    • Put “Pesso” and the date in the subject line when booking, or communicating about a booking
    • Notify Ruth at the time of booking, about any dietary restrictions
    • Late bookings and late payments will incur an admin fee of £25
    • Please pack up and empty your accommodation before the workshop starts on the final day
    • Cancellations re food and accommodation should be made directly with Ruth
    • There will be a 20% admin charge for cancellations for food and accommodation made more than 30 days ahead (food and accommodation cancellations)
    • Cancellations of food and accommodation, made within 30 days of the arrival day are non refundable
    • You must sign a disclaimer BEFORE using the pool 
    • People with heart disease should not use the saunas
    • Please bring your own towel for use in the sauna and pool
    • If you’d like to stay for an extra night, before or after the workshop, then you are welcome to ask Ruth, ideally when booking the whole year

    • Ruth is giving us a 2 hour arrival window. If you arrive early due to train times, then please don’t bother her until the alloted time, but wait  in the Pavillion room (if you know where your bedroom is, and it is ready, you can wait in there).
    • If you will miss a meal, or will be arriving late on the first night, please let Ruth know and also let Juliet know and Sam (sambaker.pa@gmail.com)
    • Please let Juliet know if you have an allergy to horses
    • Please inform Juliet about any food prefernces (eg vegan), intolerances, or allergies (as she will provide snacks for the workshops)
