Prices are inclusive of all bedding and towels. The prices below are for 3 nights for food and accommodation. Food includes supper on Thursday night, self-service breakfast, lunch, and supper on Friday and Saturday, then breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
Accommodation will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please put a first and a second choice when booking. Payment in full should be received by 15th September at the latest.

SHEPPY THE SHEPHERD’S HUT WITH OUTSIDE SHARED TOILET AND BATHROOM
Cost including food: £460 single occupancy
- 1 shepherds hut
CARAVAN WITH OWN LOO BUT OUTSIDE SHOWER

OWN CAMPERVAN
Cost including food: £388 per person for using own campervan with hook up to electricity
You are welcome to bring your own campervan. This includes access to the toilets, showers, kitchen and fridge. No bedding or towels provided with this option. Camp near house or in a secluded location.
OFFSITE OPTION
Cost including food, venue and facility hire fee, and no accommodation: £375
Simon and William prefer all participants to stay on site. If you want to stay offsite there will be a venue hire and facility fee, plus the cost of food. Lunch and dinner should be eaten at Trealy Farm with the other participants. This is all included in the above fee of £375.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION
- You must sign a disclaimer BEFORE using the natural pool.
- Please bring a towel for using the sauna and pool.
- People with heart disease should not use the saunas.
- Please bring your own towel for use in the sauna and pool.
- Please let us know if you have an allergy to horses.
- Please inform us about any food preferences (eg vegetarian, vegan), intolerances, or allergies.
- There will be a 20% admin charge for cancellations for food and accommodation made more than 30 days ahead (food and accommodation cancellations).
- Cancellations of food and accommodation, made within 30 days of the arrival day are non refundable.
