Cancellation Protection for The 11 Day Diploma in Clinical Supervision Training

For longer trainings that run over several months we offer optional cancellation cover.

The cost of this cover is £240 and it must be purchased within 7 days of making your original booking.

If you take out this protection and later withdraw from the training, you will only be charged pro rata for the training already attended. You will receive a refund for any training days that have not yet taken place.

Request for withdrawal must be made in writing. Funds will normally be processed within 5 working days (often sooner) after you notify us of your withdrawal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

What This Policy Covers

This cover is intended to protect participants if they need to withdraw due to unforeseen and significant circumstances, including:

  • Illness or injury that prevents you from attending the training
  • Serious illness, injury, or death of a close family member
  • Family crisis or emergency requiring your presence or care
  • Other exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organisers

In these situations, you will be charged only for the training days already attended, and the remaining training days will be refunded.

 

What the Cancellation Protection Does Not Cover

The cancellation protection does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to attend without notifying us
  • Changing your mind about attending
  • Choosing to leave the training for personal preference
  • Circumstances that were known about at the time of booking
  • Missed days where you remain enrolled on the training. If you miss individual days but continue with the programme, those days are not refundable.
  • We aim to apply this policy in a fair and compassionate way.

Our Cancellation Protection is not an insurance product. It is a discretionary refund arrangement offered by Inter-action Training Ltd, and Sleeping Mountain Limited  It is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
