THIS PAGE GIVES YOU DETAILS OF FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES AT TREALY FARM
The fee for the workshop part is kept separate and is on top of this (Package A or Package B below) which is the food, venue facility hire, and (if you are staying on site) the accommodation costs.

To keep it simple there are just 2 packages at Trealy Farm, and you have to book one of these 2 packages.

  • PACKAGE A: All food and accommodation for 2½ days £218-£328.
  • PACKAGE B: Includes lunch and dinner for 2½ days – staying offsite (i.e. non resident, no accommodation and no breakfast) £212.

    PACKAGE A: ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD 

Prices are inclusive of all bedding and towels (except for camper vans).  The prices below are for 2 nights and are the TOTAL for your stay.  Food is supper on the night you arrive, self-service breakfast, lunch, supper, then breakfast and lunch on the day you leave.  If you are going to miss a meal, you can ask Emily to put it into a box for you to pick up and freeze / eat at a later date.  Catering costs are included in the prices below, but will be invoiced separately.

  • Accommodation will be let on a first come first served basis.
    Accommodation must be booked 60 days in advance of arrival date.

    Food should be booked 4 weeks before the event. Food will be invoiced 3 weeks before the workshop. Food should be paid for within 3 days of invoice.
    INVOICES

  • Invoices must be paid within 3 days.
  • There may be an additional admin charge if reminder emails are required.
  • You will receive two invoices.  Ruth invoices for accommodation.  ruth.trealy@btinternet.com
  • Emily invoices for food approx 3 weeks before the module – the cost for food is £60 per module emilymason1986@gmail.comCANCELLATIONS FOR FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
  • If accommodation booking is cancelled more than 60 days before a workshop, there will be a refund minus a 20% admin fee.
  • For accommodation cancellations within 60 days there are no refunds.
  • Food is booked 21 days before the workshop.
  • For food cancellations within 14 days of the workshop there are no refunds.

EN-SUITE, DETACHED
Cost including food: £318 single occupancy, £566 for 2 people sharing.
For 1 person staying the invoices will be £258 to Ruth, and £60 to the chef

FARMHOUSE WITH SHARED BATHROOMS
Cost including food: £288 single occupancy, £526 for 2 people sharing
For 1 person staying the invoices will be £228 to Ruth and £60 to the chef

  • 4 double bedrooms

SHEPPY THE SHEPHERD’S HUT WITH OUTSIDE SHARED TOILET AND BATHROOM
Cost including food: £278 single occupancy, £516 for 2 people sharing
For 1 person staying the invoices will be £218 to Ruth and £60 to the chef

  • 1 shepherds hut

TWO CARAVANS WITH OWN LOO BUT OUTSIDE SHOWER 7 MINUTES WALK AWAY
Cost including food: £268 single occupancy, £486 for 2 people sharing
For 1 person staying the invoices will be £208 to Ruth and £60 to the chef.

  • 2 caravans

OWN CAMPER VAN or OWN TENT

On each workshop, a maximum of two people will be allowed to bring their own camper vans.
You will have access to the toilets, showers, kitchen and fridge.
No bedding or towels provided with this option.
Camp near house or in a secluded location.

£228 for using your own campervan including a hook up to electricity (invoices £168 + £60 to chef)
£218 per person for using own camper van without hook up to electricity (invoices £158 + £60 to chef)
£218 per person to put up your own tent (invoices £158 + £60 to chef)

PACKAGE B

Cost: £212 Non resident includes food and venue hire and facility fee
Invoicing will be £152 to Ruth and £60 to the chef

    • This includes dinner on the first night of the workshop, lunch and supper on day 2 of the workshop, lunch on day 3 of the workshop.
      If you choose not to have supper one night, you can request a meal to be put into a take-away box for you to pick up at the workshop.

This option does not include breakfast.

  • It includes an facility fee and venue hire charge and a charge for wear and tear on the drive.

FOOD: PLEASE NOTIFY OF SPECIAL DIETS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
Breakfast DIY: Bread, eggs, honey, porridge, milk, butter. Breakfast is for those staying on site
Lunch 2 course: Soup & main
Supper 2 course: Main & Pudding

TERMS AND CONDITIONS RE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION

  • Bookings: Please book for the whole year by 1st December 2026
  • Please pay according to invoice instructions, and within 3 days of receiving your invoice.
  • Late bookings and late payments will incur an admin fee of £25
  • When emailing Ruth put the group name (e.g.  “Pesso Axe Group”  – or – July 3, 4,  5 2027 Workshop) in the subject line when booking, or communicating about a booking.  If your communication is about a specific module, then also add the date in the subject line.
  • If you’d like to stay for an extra night, before or after the workshop, then you are welcome to ask, ideally when booking the whole year
  • Please pack up and empty your accommodation before the workshop starts on the final day
  • Cancellations re food and accommodation should be made directly with Ruth
  • There will be a 20% admin charge for cancellations for food and accommodation made more than 60 days ahead (food and accommodation cancellations)
  • Cancellations of food and accommodation, made within 60 days of the arrival day are non-refundable
  • You must sign a disclaimer BEFORE using the pool
  • People with heart disease should not use the saunas
  • Please bring your own towel for use in the sauna and pool

  • Ruth is giving us a 2 hour arrival window. If you arrive early due to train times, then please don’t bother her until the allotted time, but wait  in the Pavillion room (if you know where your bedroom is, and it is ready, you can wait in there).
  • If you will miss a meal, or be very late arriving, please let Ruth know and also let Juliet know and Sam (sambaker.pa@gmail.com)
  • Please let Juliet know if you have an allergy to horses
  • Please inform Juliet about any food preferences (e.g. vegan), intolerances, or allergies (as she will provide snacks for the workshops)
