For those who are trained, or training in PBSP. Juliet will be working at the level as if everyone has done the full training. Group 9 participants are welcome to attend, in the role of a ‘full participant’, or an ‘observer participant’.

TOPICS WE WILL COVER
– Limits including clients parented by one parent
– Testing the Ideal Parents
– The Loved Aspect
– Working with people who feel unable to express anger
– Holes in roles: precision
THE SHAPE OF THE DAYS
There will be a relaxed check in with questions (from the fully participating people)
Each day we will watch a video. It might be
–Juliet leading a structure
–A film of a supervisee leading a structure showing holes in roles work, where we can learn could have been done differently. The aim of this is to hone precision around holes in roles.
–Al Pesso leading a strucuture. I have tracked down a great one that shows complex holes in roles, principle moving, a little bit of soul projection, some disassocation, and a client ‘coming alive’ again. We will watch this, with stops for observation, discussion and comments.
Practice sessions: Each of the 12 ‘Full Participants’ will get a chance to lead a short individual practice session, and receive feedback. For example, helping a client ‘Test the Ideal Parents,’ or run through the steps of ‘Working with the Loved Aspect of a Parent’.

DATES Tuesday October 22nd – Thursday 24th October 2023
TIMINGS Arrive from 9.30 on Tuesday. The workshop will start at
Tuesday: 10.15am – 6.00pm
Wednesday 9am-6.30pm
Thursday 9am – 4pm
THERE WILL BE TWO WAYS TO ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP
1) FULLY PARTICIPATING – MAXIMUM OF 12 PLACES – £400 if booked by 31st July. £480 after 1 August.
–You will fully participate and have your own ‘turns’ during the workshop
–You will have a longer time for your check in
–There will be space for you to ask questions
–You will get prioritised
–There will be short exercises, in the large group, where you will have a chance to practice a particular piece and receive feedback
–Those who are fully participating will be prioritised to be clients in the practice sessions above
2) AS AN OBSERVER PARTICIPANT – £180 if booked by 31st July. £240 if booked after 1st August.
There will be some observer participant places.
–You will get a restricted time for check in
–You will not get to ask as many questions
–You will not get to have an individual with feedback in the exercises
–You will not be a priority to have a go ‘as a client’ when someone else is practicing.

BURSARY: Once again, a generous benefactor who wishes to help spread the word about PBSP has given me £1000 to subsidise people. So I am offering £200 discount to the first five people to apply for a fully participating place.
PREPARATION: Participants may be asked to watch some videos of
talks, or read something, before attending the workshop
EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP ON FRIDAY 25th OCTOBER: Ten people can have a free of charge place, as observer participants, on an open experiential workshop I will be running on 25th October 2024 – where I will be leading structures. In exchange I will ask for a hand clearing up at the end of the day on Friday.
ACCOMMODATION: Please find your own accommodation. Juliet can send a list of local accommodation.
FOOD: Please bring food for yourself for lunch. We will have a shortish lunch break of less than one hour.
CANCELLATIONS or alterations with more that 90 days notice are subject to a 12.5% handling charge. Cancellations or alterations within 90 days of the workshop are non refundable and non transferrable.
